LESSON POLICIES
Colibrí Tutoring values its students, their time and their commitment to learning. In order to offer the best tutoring services possible, the cancellation and lateness policies are as follows:
Cancellations: Please provide at least 4 hours' notice via call, text, or email. Morning classes (10:00 AM or earlier) must be cancelled by 8:00 PM the night before. Late cancellations are billed at the quoted rate, though exceptions apply for emergencies, illness, or unforeseen events—simply notify your tutor as soon as possible at colibritutoringhelpdesk@gmail.com.
Lateness: Please notify your tutor if you are running behind schedule. Otherwise, the tutor will wait 15 minutes before treating the session as a cancellation, which will be billed at the quoted rate. Persistent lateness may result in the discontinuation of services.
