LESSON POLICIES

Colibrí Tutoring values its students, their time and their commitment to learning. In order to offer the best tutoring services possible, the cancellation and lateness policies are as follows:

Cancellations - Classes must be cancelled via a call, text or email no later than 3 hours before the scheduled class time. Morning classes at or before 10 AM must be cancelled by 8 PM the night before. Any class not cancelled in time will be charged at the quoted rate, unless an emergency, illness or unforeseen event comes up. Please contact your tutor as soon as possible if something comes up.
Lateness - Colibrí Tutoring respects its students and their time. Please be equally respectful of your tutor's time. If a student arrives late, the class will be charged at the quoted rate, unless there is an emergency, illness or unforeseen event. Please notify the tutor if you are running late, otherwise the tutor will wait 15 minutes - after 15 minutes the class will be cancelled and charged at the quoted rate. If a student has recurring lateness, the tutor will request the termination of classes with Colibrí Tutoring.
